Amino Acid Popsicles

INGREDIENTS
- 1) 1 Cup Fresh Strawberries, Pineapples, or Peaches
- 2) 1 Scoop Super 8 BCAA , Electrolyte, and Glutamine Formula
- 3) 1 Cup of water or light juice
DIRECTIONS
1) Mix one scoop of Super 8 with water or your favorite drink
2) Cut fruit into small cubes and add to Amino mix
3) Pour into a popsicle mold and freeze for 5 hours. Enjoy.
