Ingredients

2 scoops Cookies & Cream Nitro-Up

½ cup unsweetened almond milk

2 tbsp dark cocoa powder

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon powder

3 ripe bananas (mashed)

12 fresh dates, pitted & chopped

3 egg whites
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
4 tsp unsweetened applesauce (or pumpkin purée)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or spray with nonstick spray.

In a bowl, mash bananas and add chopped dates, almond milk, egg whites, applesauce, and vanilla. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine Nitro-Up, cocoa, cinnamon, and baking powder.

Fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined — do not overmix.

Pour batter into the loaf pan. Optional: top with banana slices.

Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool before slicing. Store in fridge up to 4 days or freeze slices for a quick grab-and-go snack.
