Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Cookies & Cream Nitro-Up

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 tbsp dark cocoa powder

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

  • 3 ripe bananas (mashed)

  • 12 fresh dates, pitted & chopped

  • 3 egg whites

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 4 tsp unsweetened applesauce (or pumpkin purée)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or spray with nonstick spray.

  2. In a bowl, mash bananas and add chopped dates, almond milk, egg whites, applesauce, and vanilla. Mix well.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine Nitro-Up, cocoa, cinnamon, and baking powder.

  4. Fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined — do not overmix.

  5. Pour batter into the loaf pan. Optional: top with banana slices.

  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  7. Let cool before slicing. Store in fridge up to 4 days or freeze slices for a quick grab-and-go snack.
