Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:


We offer multiple shipping options at checkout. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

 Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time.

International Shipping:
We currently ship to selected international locations. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99.00 to all 50 states
  • Exclude HI-AK.
  • For orders below $99.00, a flat rate of $X.XX will be applied for standard shipping to all 50 states.
  • Please note that these shipping rates apply to standard shipping. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

No Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages:

  • Muscleology is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy:

  • We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
