Ingredients Guide

The honest label, explained

What's Actually In
Your Tub

Every Muscleology product prints every dose on the panel — no proprietary blends, nothing hidden. Here's what each ingredient does, in plain English, so you can judge our labels (and anyone else's) for yourself.

Strength & Power

Creatine Monohydrate (Creapure®)3–5 g daily

The most-researched performance supplement in sports science. It helps replenish ATP — the energy your muscles use in short, hard efforts — which over time supports more quality reps and training volume. Creapure® is the German-made, 99.9%-pure reference standard. Take it daily, including rest days; loading is optional and cycling is unnecessary.

Found in: Pure Power · Category5 (5 g built in)
Beta-Alanine1.6–3.2 g

Buffers the acid build-up that makes hard sets burn, which supports work capacity in the 60–240 second range. The harmless tingling (paresthesia) some people feel is normal and temporary — not an allergic reaction.

Found in: Sledgehammer · Category5
L-Arginine & Agmatine Sulfate500–1,000 mg

Nitric-oxide precursors that support blood flow to working muscle — the "pump" you feel, and better nutrient delivery during the session.

Found in: Sledgehammer
Caffeine Anhydrousvaries by product

The most reliably effective stimulant for training: supports alertness, perceived effort, and power output. Sensitive to it, or training at night? Choose a stim-free pre-workout instead — that's exactly why Category5 exists.

Alpha-GPC250 mg (50%)

A choline source studied for focus and mind-muscle connection during training. Small dose, specific job — and we print the exact amount rather than hiding it in a blend.

Found in: Sledgehammer

Protein & Recovery

Whey Protein Concentrate / Blend20–25 g per scoop

Fast-digesting complete protein with all essential amino acids — the raw material for repairing and building muscle. Concentrate carries slightly more carbs, fat and lactose than isolate, and generally tastes better for it.

Found in: Nitro^UP
Whey Protein Isolate25–27 g per scoop

Filtered further than concentrate: more protein per scoop, less carbohydrate, fat and lactose. The pick when you're counting macros or lactose bothers you.

Found in: ISO^UP
BCAAs (Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine)7 g · 2.7:1:1

The three branched-chain amino acids, with leucine as the primary trigger for muscle protein synthesis. Most useful during long sessions or fasted training — if you already hit your daily protein target, whole protein covers these.

Found in: Super8
Glutaminevaries

The most abundant amino acid in muscle tissue, studied for recovery support during periods of heavy training load.

Found in: Super8
Electrolytes (Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium)per serving

What you lose in sweat. They support hydration, fluid balance and normal muscle contraction — which matters most in long sessions, hot climates, and two-a-days.

Found in: Super8
DigeSEB® Digestive Enzyme Blendper serving

Protease, amylase, lipase and lactase — enzymes that help break down protein, carbs, fat and lactose. This is why our whey tends to sit easier than protein powders that skip them.

Found in: Nitro^UP · Mass-ology

Wellness & Body Composition

Soluble Fiber5 g per serving

Most people get roughly half the fiber they need. Fiber supports digestive regularity, feeds beneficial gut bacteria, and helps you feel full — the unglamorous foundation of feeling good day to day.

Found in: Myofiber
L-Carnitine3,000 mg

A compound involved in transporting fatty acids into the mitochondria to be used for energy. Commonly used alongside training and a sensible diet — not a substitute for either.

CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid)per softgel

A naturally occurring fatty acid found in dairy and beef, taken as a daily supplement for body-composition support. Ours is safflower-derived and vegetarian-friendly.

Found in: Veggie CLA
Collagen Peptidesper serving

Hydrolyzed collagen, studied for skin elasticity and joint comfort. Worth knowing honestly: collagen is not a complete protein and won't replace your whey for muscle building.

Found in: Amp'd Collagen
How to read any supplement label

1. Find the dose. If an ingredient's amount isn't printed, you can't know whether it's a clinical dose or a sprinkle for the label.
2. Beware "proprietary blend." It's legal, common, and it exists to hide ratios.
3. Check the serving size. Some brands split a dose across two or three scoops to look stronger per gram.
4. Look for third-party or cGMP manufacturing.
Every Muscleology label passes all four. That's the whole point of the company.
