Thermogenic Fat Burners, Honestly
Two products in our range get lumped together as fat burners. One is a genuine stimulant formula with a real warning attached. The other is not a fat burner at all. Here is what is actually in both, at what dose, and what neither one will do.
Start with the part that decides everything
Fat loss is caused by a sustained calorie deficit. Not by a capsule. Every honest version of this conversation starts there, and most product pages in this category never get to it at all.
A thermogenic does not create a deficit. What a well-built one can do is make the deficit easier to hold: more energy on low calories, better focus for training, and appetite that is slightly less loud. Those are real and worth something. They are also modest, and they are worth nothing if the diet is not there.
If you want the evidence rather than our word for it, we wrote do fat burners actually work and built a one-page fat-loss evidence table that grades the common ingredients.
Read this before you buy E-Cinerator
This is the one product in our range with a genuine stimulant stack in it, and it deserves a plain warning rather than a marketing paragraph.
Each capsule carries 200 mg caffeine anhydrous, 50 mg synephrine and 3 mg yohimbine HCl. Synephrine and yohimbine are both stimulants in their own right. Stacked on top of caffeine, that combination can raise heart rate and blood pressure, and it can produce anxiety or jitteriness in people who are sensitive to it.
Do not take it with another stimulant. One capsule alongside a scoop of Sledgehammer would put you around 575 mg of caffeine before you count coffee. Do not take it late in the day. Assess your tolerance before you take a full dose.
Skip it entirely and speak to your doctor first if you are pregnant or nursing, sensitive to stimulants, managing blood pressure or a heart condition, prone to anxiety, or taking any prescription medication — yohimbine in particular interacts with a number of them.
If none of that is a fit, that is a completely reasonable outcome, and DTOX is our stimulant-free daily alternative.
E-Cinerator, printed in full
Six ingredients, one capsule, every milligram disclosed. Sixty servings.
Caffeine Anhydrous 200 mg — roughly two cups of coffee. The energy and focus, and the ingredient with the strongest evidence in the whole category.
Green Tea Extract (50% EGCG) 150 mg — antioxidant polyphenols, commonly paired with caffeine in thermogenic formulas.
L-Carnitine 125 mg — a compound involved in moving fatty acids into the mitochondria. Worth being straight about: this is well below the multi-gram doses used in most studies. Read it as a supporting inclusion, not the reason to buy.
Paradoxine® 50 mg — a branded grains-of-paradise extract studied for its effect on brown adipose tissue.
Synephrine 50 mg — a stimulant from bitter orange. See the caution above.
Yohimbine HCl 3 mg — a stimulant and alpha-2 antagonist. A modest dose, and still the ingredient most likely to be the reason this product does not suit you.
Other ingredients: gelatin, silicon dioxide. One capsule in the morning or about 30 minutes before training. Not within several hours of bedtime.
E-Cinerator™ — Thermogenic Energy & Focus Formula
200 mg caffeine, 150 mg green tea, 125 mg L-carnitine, 50 mg Paradoxine®, 50 mg synephrine, 3 mg yohimbine HCl. 60 capsules.

See the label →DPX Cuts is a different thing entirely, and the name misleads
DPX Cuts sits next to E-Cinerator on the site and people assume it is a second fat burner. It is not, and we would rather say so than let the assumption make the sale.
Buchu leaf, juniper berry, uva ursi and dandelion root are traditional diuretic botanicals. What they are associated with is water balance. Any weight that moves on the scale from a product like this is water, and water weight is not fat. It comes back when you rehydrate, which you should.
That does not make it useless — feeling less puffy before an event or a photo is a real thing people want, and it is an honest thing to sell as long as nobody is told it is fat loss. It is not.
Per 4-capsule serving: Buchu Leaf Extract 600 mg · Juniper Berry 600 mg · Dandelion Root Extract 400 mg · Uva Ursi 300 mg · Cranberry Powder 200 mg · Magnesium Citrate 200 mg · Potassium Citrate 100 mg. Thirty servings per bottle. Stimulant-free.
The magnesium and potassium citrate are there deliberately: if a formula is going to encourage water loss, replacing electrolytes alongside it is the responsible way to build it. Keep drinking water while you use it. Uva ursi is traditionally used for short periods rather than continuously, and this is not a product to lean on to make a weight class quickly — that practice is genuinely dangerous and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
DPX Cuts — Daily Wellness & Hydration Support
Traditional diuretic botanicals with magnesium and potassium citrate. Every dose printed. 120 capsules, stimulant-free.

See the label →What we would actually tell you to do
Get the deficit right first. Protein high enough to hold onto muscle while you lose fat, resistance training twice a week or more, sleep. That is the part that works, and none of it is for sale.
Then, if a stimulant genuinely helps you train harder and eat less on low calories, E-Cinerator is a fully-disclosed way to get one. If what you want is to feel less puffy for a few days, DPX Cuts is a fully-disclosed way to do that, and it is water.
Anything that promises more than that is selling you the thing we started this page by ruling out.

Frequently asked questions
Do thermogenic fat burners actually work?
Not in the sense of causing fat loss on their own. Fat loss comes from a sustained calorie deficit. A well-dosed thermogenic can make that deficit easier to maintain through energy, focus and modest appetite effects, which is real but modest, and worth nothing without the diet.
How much caffeine is in E-Cinerator?
200 mg of caffeine anhydrous per capsule, roughly two cups of coffee. It also contains 50 mg synephrine and 3 mg yohimbine HCl, which are stimulants in their own right, so the effective stimulant load is higher than the caffeine number alone suggests.
Can I take E-Cinerator with a pre-workout?
We would not. One capsule alongside a scoop of Sledgehammer would put you near 575 mg of caffeine before counting coffee, on top of synephrine and yohimbine. If you want both, use them on different days and never late in the day.
Who should not take E-Cinerator?
Anyone pregnant or nursing, sensitive to stimulants, managing blood pressure or a heart condition, prone to anxiety, or taking prescription medication. Yohimbine in particular interacts with a number of medications. Speak to your doctor first, and consider a stimulant-free option like DTOX instead.
Is DPX Cuts a fat burner?
No, and the name is misleading. Buchu leaf, juniper berry, uva ursi and dandelion root are traditional diuretic botanicals associated with water balance. Any scale movement is water, not fat, and it returns when you rehydrate.
Can I use DPX Cuts to cut weight for a competition?
Not the way that phrase usually means. Rapid dehydration to make a weight class is genuinely dangerous. DPX Cuts includes magnesium and potassium citrate specifically so electrolytes are replaced, and you should keep drinking water throughout. Uva ursi is traditionally used for short periods rather than continuously.
What is Paradoxine?
A branded grains-of-paradise extract, included at 50 mg per capsule, studied for its effect on brown adipose tissue. It appears on the supplement facts panel with its dose printed, like everything else in the formula.
