Start with the number that matters. Sledgehammer carries about 375 mg of caffeine per scoop — 300 mg caffeine anhydrous plus 100 mg Infinergy™ di-caffeine malate. The commonly cited daily ceiling for healthy adults is 400 mg from all sources, so one scoop is most of a day's caffeine before you count coffee. The label says one scoop per day, and it means it.
Who should not buy this pack. Anyone new to pre-workout — start with a single tub, or with stim-free Category5. Anyone pregnant or nursing, sensitive to stimulants, prone to anxiety, or managing blood pressure or a heart condition should speak to their doctor rather than experiment with two tubs on the shelf.

Because caffeine tolerance is real and we tell people to take periodic breaks from this one. Selling you six months of it up front would contradict our own advice.

Can I take it every day?
Many people do, but watch your total daily intake and take periodic breaks so tolerance does not creep up. Never more than one scoop a day, and not within about five hours of bed.
